David Batstone
President & Co-Founder, Not For Sale
David Batstone is co-founder and president of global anti-slavery organization Not For Sale, and co-founder and managing partner of Just Business, an international investment group that incubates social enterprises. He is currently a business professor at the University of San Francisco, and was previously an investment banker in the technology industry. David has authored five books, is the recipient of two national journalist awards, and was named National Endowment for the Humanities Chair at the University of San Francisco for his work in technology and ethics.

Steve graduated from the University of Memphis in Radio, TV and Film with a minor in Journalism. He and his wife Marie joined Ecole La Foret training school in Lausanne, Switzerland in 1974, and served the historic Lausanne Congress with the Billy Graham Association. They served in YWAM Lausanne until 1980, founding ProclaMedia. They moved to Thailand in 1980, and directed YWAMs work for 15 years, along with 700 staff and 5,000 refugee staff, amongst the more than one million refugees from Indo-China. Steve’s continued leadership in YWAM Mercy Ministries International assists the needs of the absolute poor in crisis relief, rehabilitation, and development.
Lyndon Lea
Founder and Managing Partner, Lion Capital
Lyndon Lea is an English financier and investor. Lyndon founded the investment firm, Lion Capital, which specializes in making control investments in the consumer sector. Lion Capital owns or has owned brands such as Hema, Ad Van Geloven, Weetabix, Orangina, Jimmy Choo, AllSaints, Kettle, Wagamama and Picard amongst others. Lion has in excess of $6 billion under management. Prior to founding Lion Capital, Lyndon was a Partner of Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst where he co-founded its European operations in 1998. Before that, Lyndon served at Glenisla, the European affiliate of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. He was previously an investment banker with Schroders in London and Goldman Sachs in New York. Lyndon received his BA from the University of Western Ontario, Canada. Alongside NFS, Lyndon has also supported a number of other charitable causes including Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Heal the Ocean. Many of the companies which Lyndon controls also have substantial charitable involvement. For example, Jimmy Choo was under his ownership when they collaborated with the Elton John Aids Foundation on the “Four Inches” project in 2005.
