Mozambique is a source, transit, and destination country for [trafficking](https://wearenotforsale.org/learn/what-is-human-trafficking/), with poverty, conflict in the north, and climate vulnerability driving displacement. By the numbers 84,701 People supported since 2007 371 Survivors and at-risk individuals served directly 84,330 Reached through outreach and prevention programs ### What We Do Not For Sale Mozambique uses sport, mentorship, and livelihood training to reach children and young adults at the point of vulnerability, before traffickers do. The model mirrors [South Africa](https://wearenotforsale.org/projects/south-africa/): sport creates the entry point, trust builds the relationship, skills training builds the pathway to independence.
